• We provide return facility only where the products are returnable within the applicable return window of 30 days from the date of shipping, if you have received the product in a condition that is faulty, physically damaged, defective, or different from product’s description on our website.
• Return shall be applicable when it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession, it has passed a quality check, the product is not different from what was shipped to you and the product is returned in original condition. No return shall be applicable if it is determined that the product is damaged due to the negligence of the buyer.

NOTE:  Responsibility for the safe return of the product rests with the buyer. We strongly advise you to return the item using a tracked postal service.

• Once we receive your returned product and it has passed a quality check, we will issue a refund and reimburse the return postage cost via your original payment method within 7 working days. Applicable refund on the return will be processed after receiving the original product from you and subject to investigation of the product by our team.
• We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Buyer.
